Working with Sandra has been an exceptionally valuable experience. She provided expert coaching as I prepared for a promotion interview, and I am sincerely grateful for her depth of knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Sandra's guidance brought a sense of calm and clarity to the entire process—our discussions were both engaging and reassuring, and I consistently felt supported and well-prepared.

Although I did not ultimately receive the promotion, Sandra created a compassionate space for me to process my emotions and reflect on the journey. With her support, I was able to accept the outcome with grace and embrace the belief that everything happens for a reason. She helped me shift my focus to the positive aspects of the experience, and I gained profound insights that I will carry with me into all future endeavors.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sandra to anyone navigating a midlife transition. Her expertise, empathy, and thoughtful guidance were truly transformative

Before I started working with Sandra Evangelista,  I struggled with my grades in school and I didn’t have good study habits. Working with her was a great experience for me. She helped me get good study habits and helped me with getting my  grades up.  She has helped me gain a better mindset that has helped me with my goals in and out of school. She has helped me a lot and I would recommend her coaching to any of my family and friends who might be struggling with things similar to me or completely different from me.

I am so very grateful to have had Sandra Evangelista walking along side me as a nurse coach to help me make positive life long changes. I was walking through some very challenging times and Sandra was patient and calm with me. She made me feel comfortable enough to share my truth with her and held space for me. She shared some of her truths with me which opened the door wide for me to be who I really am, open and unashamed. She held space for me to share with her about how I would handle one particular situation where she listened to me earnestly and patiently, then called me out by reminding of who I am and how I speak up for myself. She did it kindly and honestly which is what I needed. She is honest, caring, strong, held space for me, and used inquiry which helped me to look at my reality and be true to myself. She has been a true blessing to and for me. She has my trust and my confidence and that will never change

Working with Sandra Evangelista has been nothing short of transformative. As my nursing coach, she has helped me reclaim my voice after being silenced for far too long. Sandra created a space where I could safely unpack my experiences and begin the work of healing. Through her guidance, I’ve not only found the courage to speak my truth—but also the tools to share my story with others. Her support has been a pivotal part of my journey, and I’m deeply grateful!Mandi Wall, MSN, RN, CNML, age 57

Before meeting Sandra, I was dealing with constant, low-level stress that made it hard to get quality sleep or fully unwind at the end of the day. I had also just started a training program to advance my career, but I was struggling with imposter syndrome and doubting whether I had what it took to truly step into this next chapter.

From the start, Sandra’s calm, genuine, and professional presence made me feel completely safe and welcome. She held space without judgment and embraced me exactly as I was, which allowed me to show up vulnerably and fully receive the support she had to offer.

Sandra guided me through my stress and anxiety using powerful breathwork and mindfulness practices. Her meditations were thoughtfully tailored to what I was going through, helping me uncover where I was feeling stuck. She empowered me to envision a brighter, more aligned future. Since working with her, my sleep has improved significantly, and I feel more confident and grounded in both my career and life goals.

Sandra has a true gift for lifting people up and helping them see their own strength. She helped me believe in myself during a time I really needed it. I’d wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who’s ready to make meaningful, lasting changes in their health, well-being, and life.

What can I say about Sandra and Rise Through Becoming Lifestyle Coaching? I wasn't sure what to expect when I became a client of Sandra's. Lifestyle Coaching? What is that? I almost didn't bother trying. What could she really do for me? I'm a stressed out mama, one that is in fight or flight every waking moment, and sometimes in my sleeping moments too. Could she really help me to deal with my stress? What about my weight loss journey? My fight for and journey to my reduction surgery? What about my procrastination in my household when it comes to my clutter and organizing it?

The answer is, she can do A LOT. With all of it!

I am still a stressed mama who is always in fight or flight mode, BUT I am more mindful of myself and when I need to force myself to take a break and take care of me. I'm still on a weight loss journey, but she has taught me how to do this in a healthier way while allowing me to still have some comfort foods (and coffee!) instead of giving them all up and feeling empty because I'm not giving myself that boost from something I love. My surgery? Well, it'll be healthier and easier to recover from thanks to the weight loss I am seeing and maintaining (as long as I don't give in to too much comforts too often!) And my household? Still cluttered, BUT I've gone through a lot of the clutter and either gotten rid of it or put it where it belongs. I've implemented other cleaning routines that get my whole family involved so it's not all revolving around me getting it done. And I'm much more mindful about what I even bring into my home.

This woman has improved my life tenfold. She listens. She gives wonderful advice and helpful suggestions. She hasn't pressured me into agreeing to something I didn't fully believe in or understand. She has my best interest at heart when working together. She understands not only the "lifestyle" challenges I brought to her, but she understood the health challenges I am facing with this surgery and weight loss. She understood how important both of those things were to me and she had me do an exercise that truly stood out to me. When I said I wanted to do these two things to be healthier, she asked me "What does that mean to you? What does healthy look like to you?" I had NEVER truly thought about that before. I, of course, knew what it meant to me, but I had never articulated it aloud. She does that though, she makes you think and really look at yourself and what you think you want and WHY you want it. It's a breath of fresh air to know someone TRULY cares about you and all aspects of your health (because, I truly believe she wanted to make sure my mental health was in the right place for both of these things, which is something that should be cared about more than it is).

Anyone who is a human being should consider becoming a client. It may not be an earth-shattering, life-altering change for you, but it will make your life better. And Sandra? She's just the best person to help you to do that. I'd trust her with anyone I cared about, and I'd even trust her with people I don't like. They deserve a chance at better lives too.
